My first pick to be honored as an edifier is Pastor Jon. He is approaching 500 consecrative days of blogging and it is all centered on the Word of God. Jon Clayton is a professional blogger, church planter, and you guested it, pastor. I do not read nearly as much of his blog as I should. His insights on scripture and Christian living are uplifting and filled with truth based on God’s Word. Thanks Pastor Jon for all that you do to build up and encourage us in the name of Jesus!!!

I have wanted to build a blog that highlights other blogs that I believe glorify God. There are many directories out there that list Religious and Spiritual categories and even Christian categories. This will not be a directory, but more of an honor role. My focus will be on the blogs that raise the standard for all other Christian bloggers by offering consistent content that edifies the body of Christ. I will honor those bloggers who see that “Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.” Eph 4:12 (NLT)
